| Obligations of Noble Birth is a story about a black American Vietnam war veteran who lives in Holland and now works as a theater director. Along with his Dutch girl friend, he spends the past 18 years raising his Afro-Asian son from a woman he knew during the war who never was able to leave Vietnam. The film is the story of his journey along with his girl friend and some war buddies back to Vietnam along with his son's ashes. | ||
| The film will be shot approximately half in Dutch and the rest in English and Vietnamese. | ||
