| Cindy Edwards Grants broad range of talents span from the creative
to the technical. She began her college studies at the tender age of fourteen, earnestly
studying microbiology and related biology subjects. As a student in microbiology, Cindy
had the opportunity to work in an entomology research lab where she raised and dissected
insects!
In pursuit of an extensive education, Cindy received her Bachelors
degree in cultural anthropology/social sciences and has just completed
her Masters of Liberal Arts at Southern Methodist University, Dallas
Texas.
Beginning in 1990, Cindy formally studied photography at Washington
School of Photography where she continued on as an instructor for
two years. Cindy operated a photography studio for six years, specializing
in custom portraiture. While no longer a professional photographer,
working with filmmaker husband Mickey on his projects proves to
be a great creative outlet.
In 1997, Cindy began work as a technical writer, writing and editing
user manuals and online content for several IT-related corporations.
She continues to write articles and has been published.
For the last few years, Cindy has been focused on the travel industry.
She operates a travel agency
which specializes in family and honeymoon travel to such beautiful
destinations as Tahiti, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and Western Europe.
